How can I be sure of the fabric quality and color before ordering?
We offer affordable swatches for all our textile collections. We highly recommend ordering a sample pack to experience the weight, texture, and true color of the fabric in your home's lighting before committing to a larger yardage.
What is your shipping policy for oversized fabric bolts?
Standard orders are shipped folded, while larger orders or delicate materials are shipped on bolts to prevent creasing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150.
Do you offer trade discounts for interior designers?
Yes, Simplifi Fabric has a dedicated Trade Program. Verified interior designers, architects, and upholstery professionals are eligible for tiered volume discounts and early access to new seasonal collections.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Because our fabrics are cut-to-order specifically for your project, we cannot accept returns on cut yardage. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error, please contact us within 14 days for a full replacement or refund.
Are your fabrics treated for stain resistance?
Many of our performance fabrics come pre-treated with moisture and stain-repellent technology. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on each product page for specific details regarding durability, Martindale rub counts, and cleaning codes.
How do I care for my natural fiber fabrics?
For linens and organic cottons, we recommend professional dry cleaning to prevent shrinkage. If you prefer to machine wash, we suggest pre-washing your fabric before starting your project, as natural fibers can shrink up to 5-10%.
