The Story

An aubergine purple and chalky blue gingham.

This cloth would make beautiful skirts, dresses, tops and shirts. It would also be suitable for lightweight curtains.

  • Pre-washed at the mill.
  • Check size: 1.2cm.

Fiber Content: 88% organic cotton 12% linen.

Width: 148cm / 58"

Weight: 4.5oz, 151gsm.

If you require 1 full meter = QTY 2, 2 meters = QTY 4 etc...

Indian fabrics are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave or print, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.

For the first couple of washes, we recommend placing the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
