This cottage core, princess-y, romantic blouse or dress features a bustier like top with gathered ruffle cups, a ruffled puffed sleeve and a ruffled hem for the blouse, or a half circle skirt with a slit for the dress. You can add boning and fully line it or construct it without these features.

FABRIC
Wovens: Any medium woven fabric with a crisp drape. Cotton Poplin, Cotton Lawn, Linen, Organza

SIZING AND FIT
Size 0-20 see size chart.
This garment features a fitted bodice with negative ease of 1/8 inch. Choose the size that is closest to your waist measurement. The skirt is a half circle skirt and will fit almost any hip. Model is 5'4 (B:36 W:28 Hip: 38) wearing size 8.
