The Story

A white on ecru Kantha stitched cotton. Kantha is a simple hand stitched line, a very traditional Indian technique.

You could use this for dressmaking or home projects, you could even put wadding in the middle and make yourself a quilt.

Fiber Content: 100% Cotton

Width: 118cm / 46"

Weight: 2.9oz, 101gsm.

Length: Sold per half meter increment / 19.5"

If you require 1 full meter = QTY 2, 2 meters = QTY 4 etc...

Indian handlooms are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave due to their handmade nature, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.

For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
