Elodie Check Handwoven Indian Cotton - Merchant & Mills

A soft handloom check in bright pinks and orange. A lightweight Indian cotton that would be perfect for cushions or lightweight curtains. We would also make shirts, dresses or pyjamas. 

Elodie would make a great Etta or Honey dress.

Indian handlooms are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave due to their handmade nature, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.

For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.

Wash at 30 or 40 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble.
