The Florence skirt suits every occasion from casual to workwear. Close fitting from the natural waist to hips flattering our smallest proportions and then gently floating down to mid-calf.
Skills to learn/develop whilst making the Florence Skirt include handling lightweight fabrics, inserting zips, using facings, under stitching, clipping curves, creating darts, gathering and hems.
The Florence Skirt designed for a lightweight woven fabric such as Viscose, Chambray, crepe….anything that drapes so that the bottom skirt can swish.
