The Flounce Dress is an asymmetric midi-length dress. It has capped sleeves and is gently fitted through the bust. The side flounce falls elegantly into folds and attaches to the main body of the dress with a curved seam-line, giving opportunity for it to be made in a contrasting fabric if desired. No zip required.
SUGGESTED FABRICS:
The Flounce Dress works in both woven and knit (stretch) fabrics. If using stretch fabric we recommend that you size down one or two sizes (so that the finished garment measurements are slightly smaller than your bust measurement) for a better fit.
Woven fabrics: crepe, viscose, cotton lawn
Stretch fabrics: jersey with light to medium stretch
