The Margo Pinafore Pattern - Merchant & Mills

A hard working pinafore dress, featuring classic detailing and topstitching. Choose to make it with dungaree clips or sewn in straps.

All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern.

Skill level; intermediate.

Suitable fabrics - medium weight woven cloth, 8-12oz denim, cotton canvas, cotton drill, corduroy and yarn dyed medium weight linen.

*Please note we have now changed pattern printers. Our patterns are now printed within Europe, the pattern paper is 70gsm white (FSC® certified) and is made only 180km away from the printers. Our instructions now come in booklet format rather than A3 sheets. The paper is PEFC/01-31-126 certified.

You will need:

Matching thread.

Contrasting topstitching thread (optional).

2 x 40MM dungaree clips (option 2 only).*

2 x 40MM adjustable sliders (option 2 only).*

6 x 2CM/3/4" (option 1) or 8 (option 2) x hammer on-buttons or sew on buttons.

0.45M/1/2YD lining for pocket and waist facing.
