At Simplifi Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textiles; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unwashed and uncut fabrics. Please note that custom-cut orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for the return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the fabric to prevent creasing and place it in the original packaging or a secure poly-mailer with the packing slip included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the fabric for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
